Data we process

The foundation processes account and sign-in data, organization memberships, billing references, transactional email metadata, audit and operational data, and security information where required for operation, security and billing.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing supports contract delivery, account security, abuse prevention, billing, support and legally required records. The applicable legal basis depends on the use and contractual relationship.

Service providers

The shared foundation may use hosting, email and payment providers. Product-specific providers are named in the relevant product notice. We do not claim certifications, processors or data locations that are not actually configured.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as required for contract delivery, security, billing, legal obligations or legitimate records. Security and audit records may need to remain longer than active account data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Self-service export and account deletion are available under Data & privacy.
